About Optimizers

Optimizers is a Shopify-exclusive conversion rate optimization and web performance studio. We have been building and optimizing ecommerce experiences since 2011 and are a certified Shopify Partner. Our work covers four connected areas: conversion rate optimization, user experience and theme development, technical site performance, and AI discoverability (structured data, GEO, and agentic commerce readiness).

We work with established Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants who already have traffic and revenue and need that traffic to convert better. Current clients span outdoor and fishing lifestyle, golf, personal care, food and specialty retail, and automotive performance.

The approach is diagnostic before prescriptive. We audit the storefront against real behavioral data, identify where revenue is leaking, and implement fixes directly in the theme rather than layering on apps. Structured data and schema implementation run alongside CRO work, because the same clean product and brand data that helps shoppers also determines whether AI assistants and agentic buyers can find, understand, and recommend your catalog.

How the partnership works

Engagements run on a flat monthly subscription with no contracts. Average turnaround on a request is two to three days.

Onboarding starts with a technical and analytics audit. We review GA4 behavior, navigation and funnel paths, PDP and collection structure, Core Web Vitals, and existing schema markup. That produces a prioritized backlog scored by expected revenue impact against implementation effort.

From there the work is continuous. You submit requests, we scope them, build on a development theme, validate, and push to production. Schema is validated with validator.schema.org and Google's Rich Results Test before deployment. Theme work is built natively in Liquid and OS 2.0 JSON templates so it survives theme updates and does not add third-party script weight.

Tooling depends on the stack. We work inside Shopify admin, Judge.me or your reviews app for review data and rich snippets, Google Search Console and GA4 for measurement, Google Merchant Center for feed and catalog quality, and Customily or similar apps where product personalization is involved. Project tracking and communication run through ClickUp and email, with scheduled calls for strategy and reporting.

You get monthly reporting that ties changes back to conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per session, plus a running record of what shipped and what is queued next.
