We elevated the user experience around subscription management in the account portal as well as the ATC experience on specific landing pages. To accomplish this we created a completely custom account portal with a robust Recharge subscription management implementation, order cataloging and order tracking/swapping.

The existing site would not allow users to check out. Due to the dire circumstances, the project had to be completed from beginning to end in 5 weeks. By creating a collection page and refactoring the product page, we were able to push UX improvements faster and deliver a better browsing experience. Lastly, we implemented Recharge to manage subscriptions and migrated existing subscribers from the old system. This improved UX surrounding subscriptions, leading to more orders and lower churn.
